Alexander is the Founder & CEO of Minds and an expert in the synthetic simulation of audiences: using AI personas to predict how real target groups respond, and measuring where those simulations hold and where they break. He runs this as a company and as a research programme, with papers on synthetic respondents and persona behaviour (ACM CUI, arXiv), and has taken a previous company, ecotrek, to acquisition.
